Stream-Line incorporates an extensive document management system that will track, deliver and archive all documents that flow into, out of or within the organization.

The term 'documents' is used in its widest possible sense and incorporates quotes, images, faxes, e-mails, scanned images and any other form of electronic file.

Documents are typically transported between users with tasks.  As Stream-Line is server based, all documents that are tied to tasks (and by proxy, to Address Book entries) are automatically backed up to the server and kept for future access.

Used in conjunction with e-mail merging, the Address Book, processes and the mass (e-mail, sms & fax) communication features of Stream-Line, it becomes a broadcasting centre to get your marketing message across.
