Stream-Line integrates with e-mail, faxing, sms and web-based solutions and allows users to communicate 'outside' the organization or for external parties to communicate 'into' the organization. 

It effortlessly integrates with existing e-mail and electronic fax solutions but has the major advantage of automated and centralized filing of communiques.  External communications entering the organization via e-mail, fax, sms and web are imported into Stream-Line and tasks are automatically integrated with the relevant documents attached.

In this way Stream-Line overcomes the problem of paperwork being lost or ending up with the wrong person and the ball getting dropped in the process.

The SMS gateway also acts as a remote access point into Stream-Line and it is possible to access information or initiate tasks from any sms enabled cellular telephone.
